• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Without KYC verification, additional checks may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by account type.

If 10000 BD detects suspicious activity in any transaction, it reserves the right to hold the associated funds until the investigation is complete.

10000 BD offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own specified wagering requirements.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically cancelled.

• Extended inactivity (12+ months).

Following an investigation into the suspension, any legitimate balance is generally refunded; however, if fraud is confirmed, the entire balance may be forfeited.

To close your account, please contact our support team. If you have a remaining balance, your account will only be closed after the balance has been withdrawn.

10000 BD accepts no liability for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet outages or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Losses resulting from delayed live streaming affecting betting decisions.
• Not achieving the expected profit from betting.

10000 BD strives to ensure platform uptime, though temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
